It is then the landlord who manages all aspects of the tenancy thereafter. This service is used by some clients who have the knowledge, time and resources to manage their property themselves.

• Credit checking prospective tenants (Baycorp credit check)
• Checking employer and landlord references
• Preparing the residential tenancy agreement
• Lodgment of the bond with the DBH
